This policy covers the Michael Monteclaro LLC commercial real estate inquiry and SMS-preferences pages. Brokerage services are provided through Klein & Heuchan, Inc. It does not describe a separate client portal or another company’s website.

Information collected

When you submit a form, we receive the contact details you provide, your message and property interests, and the communication choices you select. We retain submission timestamps and consent or withdrawal records. The hosting and form platform may also process technical information such as IP address and browser or device information.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to your requests, coordinate commercial real estate inquiries or appointments, honor your communication preferences, and maintain business and consent records. Promotional texts require the separate marketing choice; an inquiry alone is not marketing consent.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent. We do not share mobile information or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to another business.

Providers that host forms, manage communications or deliver texts may process information as needed to provide those services. We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for these functions. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect legal rights. These uses do not permit another company to market to you using your SMS consent.

Your choices

SMS choices are optional and are not a condition of buying, leasing or receiving brokerage services. Reply STOP to withdraw text-message consent, or contact us to update your preferences. Reply HELP for program assistance. Email preference and unsubscribe choices are handled separately from SMS choices.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information as needed to handle requests and maintain applicable business, legal and consent records. We may retain an opt-out record to honor a request not to contact you. We use access controls and reasonable operational safeguards; no online service can promise absolute security.
