This optional text-message program supports commercial real estate inquiries and services. Brokerage services are provided through Klein & Heuchan, Inc. Michael Monteclaro LLC is the identified sender for this program.

Message choices

The informational choice covers your requested commercial property inquiries, tours and appointment follow-ups. The separate promotional choice covers commercial property listings, availability and CRE market updates. You may choose either category, both categories or neither.

Submitting a phone number or an inquiry does not itself enroll you. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of a purchase, lease or brokerage service. We will use only the choices you affirmatively select. SMS sending remains pending carrier registration.

Frequency and costs

The number of messages varies with your requests and selected preferences. Your mobile provider’s message and data charges may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. After an opt-out, a confirmation may be sent, and further program texts will stop unless you later provide new consent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or 727-491-5691. You may also ask us directly to update or withdraw your preferences.

Privacy and delivery

Read our Privacy Policy to understand contact data and SMS consent handling. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your provider and device. This program is not an emergency communication channel.

Commercial real estate information

Texts provide requested information or the promotional updates you choose. Availability, rates, terms and suitability can change and must be verified. A text does not create a brokerage agreement, binding property offer, guarantee of performance or investment return.
